Baseball compared to Football...

Football is the real thing, where multiple players work independently all at the same time, each active on every play, together creating a unified team acting as one symphony!
Baseball is the old thing, where multiple players stand and watch a teammate play, one at a time, like playing a solo instrument!

Soooooo, watching Baseball is like...

-watching the Daytona 500... one car at a time.
-playing the piano with one... finger.
-using a telegraph.
-listening to an AM radio.
-racing a unicycle.
-having one child.
-watching a silent movie.
-eating with one chop stick.
-playing checkers.
-using a row boat.
-playing solitaire.
-using a train.
-shooting a pistol.
-traveling by a glider.
-listening to a solo instrument.
-dialing a rotary telephone.
-life before the Internet.

You see, Baseball is really played serially, Football is....PARALLEL!!!!!!!

I rest my case.

  4. If anyone impersonates a Moser again, don't be surprised to find some score tampering.

    I'm looking at you, John.

  5. Well all but Bain. Knowing his outlook, he probably said that same thing outloud about this post. Burn.
